Terms and Conditions

Your order is subject to the following terms and conditions. These may change from time to time; however are binding if you’re agreeing with them throughout checkout in the following text.

1. Prices

Prices stated on the website are always final. We’re VAT-Registered. If you're also VAT registered and can provide eligible VAT ID, you may qualify for net prices without Slovak VAT Rate that is 20%.

Please note that exact shipping quote is stated only after registering and selecting your destination/delivery country. The price displayed in your cart before registration is only estimated quote for domestic orders.

2. Post, packaging charges and delivery

The shipping charge you see, while placing your order on Carrier selection page is final. All shipping details, delivery times and descriptions are available at:

Orders are dispatched yet the same day, if the payment was accepted by 8:00 AM Central European Time (7:00AM London Time/2:00AM New York Time), otherwise the next business day.

3. Your order

Our delivery dates are final. Delivery dates vary from country to country. You’re always informed of the current status of your order. If status of your order changes, you’ll be sent an e-mail. All UPS orders are automatically provided tracking details.

4. Payment

We are committed to protect your privacy and to ensure your online transaction is secure.

All credit/charge card payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorized, we will cancel your order (and notify you that we have done so). The goods remain our property until you have paid for them. As of July 27, 2011 the only available online payment processor we support is PayPal. You can use your payment card through PayPal to pay for your order.

Secondly, you can pay for your order through Bank's Wire; however, all related fees have to be covered by purchaser (you). Fees have to be paid as “OUR”, meaning you’ll be held responsible for paying all correspondent bank fees, if any.


5. Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase in which you can return the item(s) for a full refund.

Please note that we can only accept return of item(s) if the item is in an unused condition.

Return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We also ask you to email us that you’re returning the item. You’re required to send us order number in this email, so that we can keep track of your returned item. Please put REFUND in the email subject line.

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your purchase. We can't be held responsible for any damage or loss in transit and we recommend you to use insured post.

6. Damaged goods

You may also return item(s) after purchase if it is faulty or damaged. The item(s) should be returned to us immediately after delivery if you find out the item is damaged/faulty. Please contact us immediately, so we can keep track of your dispute. Process is the same as in the Return case, exempt email sent to us will consist subject of “”FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT”. This email will include photos of the box, letter, and product itself to proof the reason of return. This item will be shipped back to us at:

Please state in the accompanying letter that you are returning the item as damaged goods. If your item(s) were damaged and you do not say so, we will presume damage was caused on the return journey and not issue a refund.

In the case of a damaged item or the wrong item being sent, please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

We will also refund your return postage costs for a damaged item. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use an insured service. Please email us proof of postage with your returned items. We cannot refund your post and packing if you do not give us your full name and address.

7. General

All products we offer are original Panasonic parts and accessories. WE DO NOT SELL FAKE, UNORIGINAL REPLACEMENTS. All products we sell come with warranty and are original. Accessories, as batteries come with 2 years warranty. Repair parts come with 6 months warranty. These warranties can be applied in Slovakia, member state of European Union. Some warranties may be applied on European Union wide basis; however, unless previously stated, this warranty doesn’t apply.
