Delivery by FedEx (Federal Express)

Your international orders can be processed through (upon your choice):

1. FedEx

Fast delivery to your home or work address. Processing time is usually 1 business day. If we receive your order early in the morning Central European Time, it may be processed and shipped out the same day.

Should your order be critical in terms of delivery or processing time (for instance you need some cable in 2 days because you're leaving for holiday), we can always offer you some solution (for instance ship it to your hotel). or schedule premium delivery for you to get it prior your departure.

These are the delivery times you can expect:

FedEx International Priority

  • 1-2 business day to most of Europe (including United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland)
  • 2-3 business days to Southern Europe and Non-EU countries
  • 2-3 business days to North America
  • 3-4 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Russia...
  • 4-5 business days to the rest of the world

Delivery by Slovak Postal Service (Slovenska posta)

2. Slovak Postal Service

As the name suggests, this is delivery via Slovak Postal Service (Slovenska Posta). Unfortunately, the service offered through this carrier is not as good as we would like it to be; and therefore, do consider FedEx delivery whenever possible. The problems we experienced are usually hard to solve, because there is nothing like "Universal Postal tracking system" therefore, we do have tracking only until the point item leaves borders of our country. Any further tracking is questionable and can't be guaranteed with this shipping method.
Even though this shipping method is not service with specific delivery day, we experience these delivery times in general:

  • 2 to 3 weeks within Europe
  • 3 to 6 weeks to USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa 
  • 4+ weeks to Russia (Russia post delays)

All items shipped through postal service are recorded, insured, but not trackable. You'll never be left out without the money, should the package got lost. However, postal investigation may take up to 3 months, but usually they make it within 2 (irony intended). During the time of investigation of your shipment, we're not able to refund you, or reship you the product again, because we don't know what happened to your package (it may be just delayed, as they oftenly are).
